农村教育信息化的深度推进^*

——以上海市400所农村中小学教育信息化应用实验项目为例

    【摘要】为解决上海远郊中小学教育信息化相对市区学校较为薄弱的问题，促进全市基础教育的均衡发展，上海远程教育集团针对全市492所远郊中小学的实际现状，推出了“上海远郊中小学教育信息化的应用项目”。此项目在2所学校和20所学校的前期试点成功的基础上，从2009年开始在492所学校全面推开，并得到了上海市政府教育主管部门的全力支持。该项目的核心目标为：搭建一个与时俱进的学校信息化平台、促进教师专业化能力提升、培养学生综合素质、建设与更新数字化资源、校园管理全面信息化。项目采用全新的运作体制：即由市推进办公室（专家组）、市资源库、市电教馆、市教研室、区教师进修学院、区信息中心等6个专业机构互动配合，形成具有五大服务功能的教育信息化推进系统，同时，项目强调市、区、学校三个层面的有机结合，并通过专家帮助、阶段小结、以点带面、交流学习等措施，有效地促进了上海远郊中小学教育信息化水平。

Advancing ICTs in Primary and Secondary

Schools in Suburban Shanghai

Abstract: To push the use of ICTs in schools in suburban Shanghai, Shanghai Distance Education Group brought out the “application project of use of ICTs in education in primary and secondary schools in suburban area of Shanghai” for 492 schools in Shanghai. The project adopts a new operation system: the interaction and cooperation among six institutions and Administrative District Information Center, and hence form a educational informationalization advance system that incorporates five service functions. Meanwhile, the project focused on the combination of city, districts and schools, advices from experts, summary of work in each stage, fan out from point to area and exchanges of experiences and ideas.
