——开放远程教育与信息通信技术在中国的应用

    【摘要】报告从三方面展开，第一部分介绍中国的国情和教育发展背景；第二部分介绍主要的利益相关者，以及他们在利用信息通信技术和开放远程教育满足多样化的国家发展和大众发展需求方面采取的策略及发展模式；最后指出中国的开放远程教育政策、学校的主要行动和社会认可三方面的保障和问题。
