教育领域学习力研究的现状和发展趋势*

    【摘要】学习力自1965年随着学习型组织的提出缘起于管理领域,后被迁移到教育领域,主要研究教学中如何构建学习者的学习力以促其有效终身学习。本文运用文献分析法和网络调研法全面梳理了近八年来教育领域学习力研究的主要成果,分别从研究时间、研究对象、研究方法和研究内容四个方面对学习力在国内外教育领域的研究现状展开分析,并提出了学习力研究的发展趋势。

The Research Status and Development Trend of

Learning Power in the Field of Education

Abstract: Learning Power originated in the management field, proposed with the Learning Organization in 1965, and subsequently caught the attention of researchers in education. The research in education mainly focused on how to construct the learners’ learning power so as to promote their effective lifelong learning. Through literature research and network research, the paper analyses 34 research papers from 2002 to 2009 as a way to understand the research status of Learning Power in education at home and abroad. Analysis is conducted in four areas: date of study, object of research, research method and research content. The paper also summarizes the main research results, and finally attempts to make predictions about future research trends.
