教育信息化系统建设的开放思维

【摘要】ICT的开放性与需求用户化对教育信息化的系统演进与构建提出了新的命题。教育信息化在历经封闭性的系统建设阶段之后，开放系统成为其满足教育变革和学习者需求的必然追求。本文阐述了基于开放系统新思维的教育信息化系统架构，分析了开放源码、开放标准、开放服务、开放资源、开放架构的教育信息化系统组件，为构建新型和谐的教育信息化系统提供了一种方法论与实践取向。

The Open Ideas for Building Educational Infosystems

Abstract: The openability and useroriented adaptivity are critical requirements for building educational infosystems. This paper starts with a review of open ideas in building architectures for educational infosystems, followed by an analysis of the correlationships among several dimensions of openability, including open standards, open sources, open resources and open services. These analyses lead to a set of principles for carrying out practices in creating future educational infosystems characteristic of openability and adaptivity.
