远程教育教务管理软件配套改造设计与实现

——上海电视大学面向大规模学生选课软件改造实践

【摘要】远程开放教育是在现代信息技术高度发展的环境下开展的，从传统向新的教学模式转变面临着很多问题和困难。在满足学生专业课学习的同时，扩大学生选课规模成了一个新的话题。这个问题得到解决，才能真正推进教学模式的改革，体现现代远程开放教育的特点。因此，上海电视大学在基于扩大学生选课规模的教务管理软件改造方面做了诸多尝试，并取得了优异的成绩。

The Design and Implementation of a Distance Educational

Administration Management System for Large-scale

Student Course Enrollment

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, distance open education is also quickly developing. Many challenges exist as schools transform themselves from traditional models to newer models.   While schools satisfy students' study of courses in their major fields, expanding the scale for student enrollment is an important task for institutions.  Only when this problem is successfully addressed can institutions undergo effective reform and make the best use of the advantages that distance education can offer.  Educational administration is a technological enabler for such reforms.  Shanghai TV University has carried out many experiments in rebuilding its educational administration software and made a number of accomplishments in such changes, which this paper will describe in detail.
