关于远程教育教师专业成长途径的创新认识

【摘要】远程教育的社会价值已经受到全社会的普遍关注，远程教育的核心力量——教师的专业成长成为教育界的重要焦点。关于专业发展的途径问题，众说纷纭。远程教育技术培训、教学研究活动、教育博客、教学反思、教学团队、教育者的影响力是本文对远程教育教师专业成长途径的创新认识。透视新型教师的成长过程，每一种途径都在发展中起着不可低估的作用，其形成起来的合力对教学质量的提升至关重要。

An Innovative Understanding of the Professional Developmental

Approaches of the Teaching Staff in Distance Education

Abstract: The social value of distance education has already been given a global concern by the general public and the professional development of teachers, the main force of distance education, has become its main focus in the educational circle. The approaches of professional development differ, but this paper has come up with some innovative ideas, including training of educational technology in distance education, teaching and learning research activities, educational blogs, teaching and learning reflections, teaching groups, and the influencing ability of educators. A clear study of the developmental track of the newtype teachers reveals that every approach plays an unpredicted role in the whole course, the resultant force of which is vital to the improvement of teaching quality.
