【摘要】正如爱尔兰远程教育专家德斯蒙德·基更教授所说,个别化学习是远程教育的一张王牌。本文尝试从网络课程开发的角度来促进远程教育中的个别化学习。因此,文章首先从课程内容、学习活动和网络学习环境三个方面界定了基于个别化学习的网络课程内涵,其后还对其开发原则、模式和策略进行了具体探讨,力图为网络课程开发人员提供具有一定参考价值的操作策略。

Abstract:  The paper discusses the development of web-based courses from the perspective of individualized learning. It starts with an explanation of the connotations of web-based courses using individualized learning methods. The paper then explores the perspectives of course content, learning activity and web-based learning environment that are associated with web-based individualized learning. It then recommends some principles, models and strategies that may help developers of web-based courses using the individualized learning methods.
