“德识能绩”模型:电大人才素质评价结构分析
 
——基于甘肃电大392名毕业生跟踪调查结果

     【摘要】本文对甘肃电大392名毕业生做了人才素质跟踪调查,采用AMOS拟合“德识能绩”评估模型,结果显示:“品德”、“知识”、“能力”交互作用产生“业绩”,最终形成“人才素质”;“品德”中的敬业精神和进取精神、“知识”中的专业适度和知识水平、“能力”中的实践能力、“业绩”中的工作效率和工作质量为电大人才素质中的核心因素;以实践能力为核心的“能力”和以效率质量为核心的“业绩”,两者的预测系数均在0.8以上。因此,电大人才“德识能绩”模型对综合素质评价、核心素质发现及其预测分析,均具有较好的理论探索价值和实践指导意义。

“MoralityKnowledgeAbilityAchievement”(MKAA) Model:
A Structural Analysis of Radio and
Television University Talents’ Quality Evaluation
——Based on the Results from Researching 392 Graduates
of Gansu Radio and Television University

Abstract: By applying the evaluation model of "Morality-Knowledge-Ability-Achievement" (MKAA) and using the AMOS software, the paper explores the performance of 392 graduates of Gansu Radio and Television University. The results show that: The path analysis of talents' quality is that the interaction of "morality", "knowledge" and "ability" results in "achievement", which ultimately contributes towards "talents' quality";  Essential factors of talents' quality include: professional dedication and an enterprising spirit ("Morality"), practical capability ( "Ability"), efficiency and quality of their work ( "Achievement"); Talents' quality prediction modulus: R2 of both "ability" centered by practice and "achievement" centered by efficiency and quality is above 0.8. Therefore, MKAA model which has theoretical and practical significance assists in predicting and evaluating the comprehensive makings and central quality of talents from Radio and Television University.
