构建中国远程开放教育教学质量标准体系*
——来自中央广播电视大学的探索与实践

【摘要】随着中国远程教育的发展，建立符合中国国情、且能被广泛接受和认同的远程教育质量标准体系已成为当务之急。本研究是在中央广播电视大学已有成果的基础上，从教学资源、教学过程、学习支持服务、教学（教务）管理和教学条件等五方面入手，探索并构建了以学生为中心，以向学生提供优质的符合自主学习需求的个性化服务为目标的远程开放教育教学质量标准。

Construction of Quality Standard System for
China's Open and Distance Education
——Case of Central Radio and Television University

Abstract: With the development of distance education in China, it becomes a top priority to construct quality standards that are both compatible with Chinese local conditions, and acceptable to be adopted in more areas. Using existing achievements from China Central Radio and TV University, the paper proposes a student-centered quality standard system, with five core elements including teaching resources, teaching process, learning support and services, teaching administration and teaching conditions, in order to provide individualized education to meet the students needs in a self-directed learning environment.
