教育服务农村弱势群体的价值、问题及对策研究*

【摘要】教育是增长农村弱势群体知识，提高他们整体素质、能力和农村社区品味的关键所在。新农村建设和构建社会主义和谐社会要求政府给予农村弱势群体在教育服务方面以强势关怀，这是坚持先富与共富并重、效率与公平并重原则的体现。我们应该充分认识教育服务农村弱势群体的价值，认真剖析教育服务农村弱势群体中存在的问题，创建科学、高效、合理的农村弱势群体教育服务体系，充分发挥农村基础教育、成人教育、职业教育和社区教育的作用，有效运用多种教育服务策略，大力提升为农村弱势群体服务的教育功能。

Serve Rural Disadvantaged Groups

Abstract: Education is one of the key factors to increase knowledge of rural disadvantaged groups, improve the overall quality of their lives, advance their competencies, and improve the taste of rural communities. The shaping of new rural communities and the establishment of a harmonious society call for strengthening of education servicesd for rural disadvantaged groups in balancing economic pursuit and social equality. We should fully realize the value of education services for rural disadvantaged groups by carefully analyzing the problem, building efficient educational services for rural disadvantaged groups, while utilizing existing resources such as rural fundamental education, adult education, vocational education and community education.
