关于提高现代远程教育教学质量的思考

【摘要】高等教育的教学质量是动态的，大众化条件下的高等教育质量呈多样化；教学质量取决于教师的教，更取决于学生的学，要采取措施使学生具有正确的学习观，学生树立正确的学习观和积极主动学习是开放教育教学质量保证的内在因素；开放教育是大众化的高等教育，教育质量得到保证必须树立正确的质量观，改变应试教育的管理方法，向教学过程要质量。

Thoughts on Improving the Quality of Teaching
in Modern Distance Education

Abstract: Teaching in higher education is dynamic in terms of quality measurement. The quality of teaching in higher education is subject to the conditons of teaching, and more importantly, conditons of student learning. Measures must be taken to shape students' perceptions of learning. Appopriate, positive student attidute to learning is an internal gurantee to the quality of open education. Open education is higher education mostly for the masses. In order to ensure the quality of education, educators must establish right quality control paradigms by moving away from examoriented thinking and focusing more on the processes of teaching.
