基于行为研究的网络教学质量控制模式*

【摘要】信息技术的发展不仅使传统学校获得了丰富教学手段和教学资源来源的途径，也促进网络教学组织的产生和发展，同时也对提供成人在职学习的网络教学组织提出了创新教学质量控制方式的要求。本文以广播电视大学为对象，以网络组织理论为支撑，分析网络教学组织的结构特征与运行特点和教学行为特征，研究并提出了网络教学组织的教学质量控制模式。

Quality Control Model of Online Instruction
Based on Behavior Research

Abstract: The development of information technologies has not only enabled traditional universities to find ways to enrich instructional methods and availability of teaching resources, but also posed the challenge for innovative ways to assure the quality of instruction for network teaching organizations that serve adult in-service learners. Using the example of Radio and TV universities, and applying the theory of network organizations, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the structure, operation and teaching behaviors of network teaching organizations, and proposes a quality control method for networked teaching organizations.
