基于PDCA模式的高校课程开发

【摘要】本文首先对课程开发和PDCA循环模式的有关概念和原理进行了简单阐述,并简要分析了目前高校课程开发中所普遍存在的一些问题。然后,在对高校课程开发过程分析的基础上提出,应用PDCA循环管理方法进行课程开发控制,以保证其开发效益,并构建了高校课程开发中的PDCA循环模式并进行了实证分析。

Higher Education Curriculum Development Based on PDCA Model

Abstract: This article first makes a brief interpretation of some concepts concerning the curriculum development and the cyclic model of PDCA, and analyzes some common existing problems in the present curriculum development of higher education. Then it proposes to apply the cyclic system of PDCA to the curriculum development on the basis of a profound analysis of the curriculum developing process. At last, it constructs the cyclic model of PDCA in higher education curriculum development, makes a pragmatic analysis and comes to the conclusions.
