支持泛在学习的资源、服务及其门户设计^＊

【摘要】面对上海市建设学习型城市的需要，如何为学习者提供综合的学习服务支持系统是需要迫切解决的问题。本文首先对终身学习这一理念的提出以及终身学习实践在国际上的发展情况进行了综述；接着结合上海目前的终身学习实践及面向上海市学习型城市建设的发展需求对面向终身学习的技术系统进行了设计。该设计采用学习超市的隐喻支持泛在的接入方式，体现以学习者为中心的学习服务应用，从而为学习者提供随时随地可获得的学习资源和学习支持服务。

Design of Resources, Service and Portal for Ubiquitous Learning

Abstract: Faced with the construction of learning city in Shanghai, it is urgent to provide comprehensive learning support system to learners. In this paper, the idea of lifelong learning, as well as the practice of this field in the world were reviewed firstly. Then, combined with the current practice of lifelong learning and development needs for the construction of learning city in Shanghai, the researchers designed the technical system for lifelong learning. The system used the metaphor of learning supermarket to support the ubiquitous access and reflected the learnercentered learning support services, so as to provide learning resources and learning support services to learners anytime, anywhere.
