教育技术领域的内涵、外延及其探究方法

——访教育技术学知名专家亚历山大·罗米斯佐夫斯基博士

【编者按】亚历山大·罗米斯佐夫斯基博士(Alexander Romiszowski)是美国雪城大学教学设计、开发和评估系的教授,国际知名的教育技术学家,远程教育理论家和思想家,他的著作在很大程度上影响了教育技术和教学设计领域的界定。在本次访谈中,罗米斯佐夫斯基深入阐述了教育技术领域的一些重要观念,谈到了这一专业的内涵、外延和探究方法、新兴技术和历史渊源。罗米斯佐夫斯基博士针对困惑着教育者和教育技术、远程教育从业者的诸多问题做出了解答,也对教学设计领域一些常见争议话题提出了他的独到见解。

罗米斯佐夫斯基博士还在近30个国家和多个国际组织中担任教育顾问或项目负责人,借此丰富经验,他也为中国的教育技术领域的发展提出了一些建议和参考,希望能够帮助中国教育者和教育技术、远程教育从业者反思这个领域的现状和走向。

Discipline Boundaries and Methodology of Educational Technology

——The Interview with Prof. Alexander Romiszowski

Abstract: Professor Alexander Romiszowski,Department of Instructional Design,Development and Evaluation,Syracuse University, is one of world's leading thinkers in educational technology and distance education.  In many ways, his works on educational technology and instructional design helped to define the scope of the field.  In this interview, we explored the paradigms of educational technology in terms of the discipline boundaries, methodology, emerging technologies as well as their historical roots.  Dr. Romiszowski offers his insights on issues that perplex many educators, and debates that have been going on throughout the history of educational technology.

Drawing from his vast experience consulting in nearly thirty countries and numerous international organizations, Dr. Romiszowski also offers advice and comparisons that may help educators and educational technologists in China rethink the current state of the field.
